Ultra Girl arrives at the secret hideout of The Evil Skull with the full intention of taking him down for a string of robberies plaguing the city. Using her super strength, she breaks the lock and enters the hideout. Little does she know, The Evil Skull has been monitoring her and has left a nice trap for Ultra Girl. As she is cautiously moving through the first room, she smells something strange. Oh no! Gas! She falls to the floor and is .. When she opens her eyes, she realizes she can't move. She struggles hard, but can't break free. Then she looks over and sees that her power belt was removed and is laying on a table just out of her reach. How humiliating to be caught like this! The Evil Skull enters and taunts our helpless hero. He has big plans for Ultra Girl, but first he has a few more heists to plan and finish. He hoists Ultra Girl up over his shoulder and takes her up to his dungeon. He hangs her power belt on a chain and dangles it just above her hogtied body. Will she be able to struggle and reach it in time to stop The Evil Skull's string of heists and save herself from whatever he has planned for her after?
