As the story unfolds the Doctor makes his way to Harley's cell for a regular check-up. His arrival is met with a mix of excitement, trepidation, and curiosity from the feisty villain. The doctor, intrigued by Harley's unique condition, decides to change things up for her, keeping her on her toes and ensuring that she remains a captivating presence in Arkham Asylum.
